Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at shop.forestparkrangersfc.com. Because our gear is custom-made using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, our shipping process is slightly different from standard retail stores. Every item is printed and fulfilled specifically for you once an order is placed.
1. Delivery Time = Fulfillment + Shipping
When calculating when your order will arrive, please consider both the fulfillment time (the time it takes to create your item) and the shipping time (the time it takes the carrier to deliver it).
2. Fulfillment Times
Our fulfillment partner, Printful, handles the creation of our products. Most items are produced within 2–5 business days.

Apparel: 2–7 business days

Non-apparel (hats, mugs, etc.): 2–5 business days
Note: Fulfillment times may increase during peak holiday seasons.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after the fulfillment process is complete. Estimated delivery times based on your location are as follows:

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the fulfillment center location, and your destination address.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website. If your order contains different types of items (e.g., a hat and a hoodie), they may ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Orders shipped outside of the United States or the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Forest Park Rangers FC cannot predict these costs or offer refunds for customs fees.
7. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment partner. You will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment.
8. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected]. All claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with the fulfillment center to ship a replacement at no additional cost to you, provided the loss is confirmed to be the fault of the carrier.
