Refund policy

This Return Policy is designed for shop.forestparkrangersfc.com and is based on the standard terms provided by Printful (our Print on Demand fulfillment partner). Because our products are made specifically for you when you place an order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

Return Policy

At Forest Park Rangers FC, we pride ourselves on the quality of our fan gear. All our products are printed on demand and unique to each order. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a printing error, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

2. Packages Lost in Transit

If your package hasn’t arrived, please check your tracking link first to ensure there aren't any delivery exceptions. If the estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days, please contact us. All claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

3. Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (where applicable).

4. Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

5. Buyer’s Remorse

Because every item at shop.forestparkrangersfc.com is custom-printed only when you order it, we do not support returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse. We do not keep "stock" of items to swap out, as every piece is made to order.

6. Size Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection. Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide to help you make the right choice. Please review the measurements carefully before completing your purchase to ensure your Forest Park Rangers FC gear fits perfectly.

7. How to Start a Return Claim

Before returning any products, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Note for EU Consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, Forest Park Rangers FC reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
